Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Testiy provides digital document verification and auditing services. Because our processing algorithms and compliance teams begin utilizing computational resources and labor immediately upon submission, our services are considered non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.

2. No Cancellation Once Processing Begins

Once you have selected a package, completed your payment, and initiated the upload process, the audit begins instantly. Therefore, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been successfully placed and the analysis has commenced.

3. Exceptions for Refund

We will issue a 100% refund only under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges: If a technical error results in your card or UPI being charged twice for the same single audit request.
• Complete System Failure: If our system entirely fails to generate and deliver your digital audit report within 48 hours of submission, and the delay is entirely on our end.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please email support@testiy.com within 3 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
