Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Testiy (ARK Tech & Logistics) delivers exclusively digital products: Risk Analysis Reports, Verification Certificates, dashboard access, chat entitlements, and Community membership features. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery channels

• Secure on-site dashboard / applications & reports pages while logged in
• Email to the address on your account (check spam/promotions)
• Public verify page for certificate codes you choose to share

3. Target timelines by tier

Timelines below are operational targets, not absolute guarantees. Complex files, incomplete uploads, or peak load may extend delivery (see Section 4).

Standard

• Instant / AI-first tiers: typically minutes to a few hours for automated findings; human notes if included in plan follow queue rules.
• Human expert certificate: typically within 8–24 hours on working days.

Express / priority

• Priority human review: typically 1–4 hours during staffed windows, subject to queue.

Exact SLA language on your checkout receipt / plan card prevails if it differs from this page.

4. Delays & contingencies

Extreme volume, cloud/provider outages, or files requiring extra manual cross-checks may add 24–48 hours. We will notify you by email when a manual hold is required. Free Chat replies are near-real-time but may throttle under fair-use limits.

5. Failed delivery support

If you cannot find a report after the maximum window, check spam, then email support@testiy.com with your account email and order/case ID. See also the Refund Policy for total non-delivery cases.
