1. Digital Delivery Only
Testiy (operated by ARK Tech & Logistics) is a purely digital platform. We do not sell or ship physical products. No physical goods will be shipped to your residential or business address.
2. Delivery Method
All services purchased through our platform are delivered digitally. Upon completion of your document audit, your secure Verification Certificate and Risk Analysis Report will be delivered directly to the email address provided during checkout, and will be made accessible via your secure on-screen dashboard.
3. Delivery Timelines
Our digital delivery timelines depend strictly on the processing tier and priority speed selected at checkout:
Standard Time:
- Targeted Expert Review: Digitally delivered within 8 to 24 hours (1 Working Day).
- Comprehensive Dossier Audit: Digitally delivered within 1 to 2 Working Days.
Urgent Priority:
- Targeted Expert Review (Priority): Digitally delivered within 1 to 2 hours.
- Comprehensive Dossier Audit (Priority): Digitally delivered within 2 to 4 hours.
4. Contingencies & Unforeseen Delays
While we actively monitor all processing queues to ensure deadlines are met, our digital delivery timelines are estimates and not legally binding guarantees. In the event of extreme processing volume, third-party API server outages, or highly complex files requiring manual cross-referencing (such as verifying specific flight PNRs or heavily fragmented bank statements), delivery may be extended by an additional 24 to 48 hours to ensure the highest standard of accuracy. We will notify you via email if your application requires this manual hold.
5. Support for Delivery Failures
If you have not received your digital report via email or dashboard within the maximum allotted timeframe (including potential contingency windows), please check your spam/junk folders. If the report is still missing, contact us immediately at support@testiy.com and our team will securely resend your digital files.
